Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Owerri, Imo

Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales, ensure excellent customer experience, and lead the branch team towards achieving set business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and responsible gaming practices.
• Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational issues.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
• Manage branch cash flow, reconciliation, and accountability for all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and events.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field (OND/HND may be considered with experience).
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in branch management, retail, betting/gaming, or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of the sports betting/gaming industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Must be resident in Owerri, Imo State.
