Job Summary

• We’re looking for a meticulous and well-organized Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and support the smooth day-to-day operation of our retail business.
• This role requires someone who can maintain accurate financial records, track transactions, and support payroll and reporting, helping the business run efficiently and transparently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including sales, expenses, and petty cash
• Track daily transactions and reconcile accounts regularly
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries and reports for management
• Assist with payroll automation and procurement-related financial tracking
• Support basic financial practices and help keep the business compliant
• Collaborate with other team members to improve financial workflows

Who We’re Looking For

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Experience using Zoho Books is an advantage, or the ability to quickly learn and become proficient with the software
• Experience in retail or other fast-paced environments is a plus
• Good understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
• Able to work independently and multitask effectively
• Trustworthy, with strong attention to accuracy.

Salary
N120,000 – N170,000 per month.
