Job Summary

• Responsible for managing telecom billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing (real-time and monthly) on the Oracle BRM platform, and resolving billing issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor billing processes and cycles
• Resolve billing issues, tickets, and unrated CDRs
• Manage customer data, rates, discounts, and commissions
• Ensure system uptime and support integrations
• Work with vendors on issue resolution and system upgrades

Requirements

• B.Tech, B.Sc., or HND in Computer Science or related field
• 2–4 years’ telecom billing experience Strong knowledge of telecom billing processes
• Experience with Oracle BRM, Oracle DB (10g–12c), MySQL
• Proficient in Linux, Windows, and MS tools
