Job Summary

• We are currently recruiting a Bilingual Field Executive (English & French) to join our team. The successful candidate will undergo training in Nigeria before being assigned to Guinea, where they will support market operations and business development activities.
• The Bilingual Field Executive will play a key role in supporting Transsion’s field operations in Guinea by facilitating communication between teams, assisting with sales coordination, and contributing to market development.
• This position is ideal for a smart, adaptable Nigerian professional who is fluent in both English and French and eager to gain international experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sales and business operations in the Guinean market.
• Act as a communication link between English- and French-speaking teams.
• Build and maintain good relationships with distributors and retail partners.
• Conduct basic market research and prepare activity reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of field tasks.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Nigerian nationality with a valid international passport.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong intellect, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in sales or fieldwork is an added advantage (not mandatory).
• Willingness to relocate to Guinea.
