Job Title: Benefit Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs,policies and procedures.
• Developing and implementing new compensation, benefits programs, policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all programs, policies and procedures comply with current legislation.
• Supporting HR’s Team with recruitment and talent management activities.
• Developing profit sharing incentives and employee’s wellness and performance management programs.
• Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefit activities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) with 1 – 2 years experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
