We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Basic Surface Well Test Chief Operator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:

• Lead the rig-up, operation, and rig-down of well testing equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of operators and trainees on site.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with operational procedures and safety standards.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce adherence to safety policies, permit-to-work systems, and hazard control measures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments before each operation.
• Monitor safe handling and disposal of hydrocarbons and waste materials.

Technical Operations:

• Operate and monitor surface well test equipment (separators, choke manifolds, burners, gauges, etc.).
• Control well flow rates, pressures, and other critical parameters to meet test objectives.
• Record accurate data on flow rates, pressures, temperatures, and volumes.

Equipment Management:

• Oversee pre-job inspections, maintenance, and testing of equipment.
• Ensure proper calibration of gauges, sensors, and measurement devices.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.

Salary
N200,000 – N400,000  Monthly.
