Job Description

• To support out award-winning bar team, we seek an energetic and detail-oriented Bar Back to ensure seamless bar operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Role Overview

• As the BarBack, you will be the backbone of the bar operation, working closely with bartenders to maintain stock, prepare garnishes, and ensure the bar area remains pristine. Your efficiency and dedication will contribute to the hotel’s reputation for luxury, precision, and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with stock replenishment, ice supply, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, storage areas, and equipment.
• Ensure glassware is polished and readily available for service.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.
• Provide timely support to bartenders during peak hours.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a First School Leaving Certiicate with 1 year experience
• Previous experience as a Bar Back or in a similar support role (hospitality experience preferred).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, cases of liquor) and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and a team-player attitude.
