Job Title: Bakery Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bakery operations: This includes production scheduling, baking processes, and quality control to ensure consistency and freshness.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs):This ensures efficient and consistent baking processes and store operations.
• Manage opening and closing procedures:Ensure the bakery is ready for business and properly closed for the night.
• Monitor sales and adjust production levels accordingly:Analyze sales data to optimize production and minimize waste.
• Implement cost-control measures:Manage expenses effectively to maximize profitability.
• Analyze sales and profit margins to identify trends:Identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2-3 years experience

Salary
N120,000 / Month.
