Job Description

• ValueChoice Bakery is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate must be passionate about baking, quality-driven, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bread and other bakery products according to standard recipes
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products
• Operate and maintain baking equipment properly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the baking area at all times
• Manage raw materials and reduce waste
• Follow food safety and company standards strictly

Requirements

• Proven experience as a baker (commercial bakery experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of bread recipes and baking techniques
• Ability to work early mornings and flexible shifts
• Good hygiene and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 – N110,000 / month (Competitive).
