Role Overview

• We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to develop and maintain the server-side infrastructure powering our application.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Build secure, scalable, and reliable server-side systems.
• Design and manage databases and data structures.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs.
• Collaborate with the mobile development and UI/UX teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues.
• Implement appropriate security and data protection practices.
• Test and optimise backend performance.
• Contribute to technical architecture and product development decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of backend programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience working with databases and APIs.
• Understanding of authentication, security, and system architecture.
• Experience building scalable applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
