We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: B2B Sales Associate 

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • We’re looking for a performance-driven B2B Sales Associate to generate and close new business with real estate developers, property managers, and corporate buyers.
  • You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature and handover, and help us improve conversion processes across the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential projects and developers; source new leads and business opportunities.
  • Actively outreach via necessary channels, engage in networking and site visits to source procurement heads and decision makers.
  • Qualify leads, manage pipeline, and guide prospects through the buying process to close orders.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals for different unit mixes.
  • Capture customer feedback and product-market insights to inform product bundles and pricing.
  • Track and report KPIs weekly.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in B2B sales, business development or procurement-facing sales (appliances/building supplies/construction or similar strongly preferred).
  • Strong phone, email and in-person sales skills; comfortable with cold outreach.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and any CRM, or ability to learn quickly.
  • Results-orientation, strong follow-up discipline and a growth mindset.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills; presentable for site and client meetings.
  • Able to travel to sites across Lagos; flexible on occasional weekend events.
