Job Title: Automotive Instructor

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and passionate Automotive Instructor to join our team.
• As an Automotive Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective instruction in automotive technology, including both theory and hands-on training.
• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Provide guidance and support to students in their practical work, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and competencies.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to foster improvement and growth.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in program development, accreditation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND/Full Technological Certificate (FTC) in Automobile Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years Experience in the Repair, service and maintenance of modern vehicles in a standard Auto workshop/garage plus 1yr Experience as an Auto Instructor,or preferably in an industry-based training centre or related establishment.
• Conversant with the use of modern training tools, equipment and facilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Superb physical agility and able to exhibit manual dexterity in handling workshop and training tools and equipment.
• Self-motivated individual with great passion for knowledge and skills impartation.
