Job Title: Automation / Instrumentation Executive

Location: Lagos

What you will do

• Possess broad knowledge of electrical/Instrumentation principles.
• Perform and/or oversee troubleshooting and maintenance necessary to keep instruments operating at their peak efficiency on a daily basis.
• Possess ability to inspects, tests, detect abnormal fluctuations, adjust and repair instruments used for measuring and indicating pressure, temperature etc.
•  Responsible for coaching and driving team performance.
•    Plan and perform in-house calibrations on instruments according to standards and design a plan for non-in-house calibrations          periodically.
• Supervise and execute Electrical/automation related projects/plan for new machines.
• Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts.
• Play active role in planned maintenance activites.
• Committed to continuous improvement and personal development.

Our Perfect Candidate

• Holds a Degree / HND in Electrical / Electronics or Automation Engineering
• Possess relevant experience of between 8 – 10 years post NYSC.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading an agile team
• Familiar with Food Manufacturing standards.
• High-level understanding of automation stacks.
• Proven track record of evaluating business processes and identifying high-yield automation tools.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience defining automation strategy.
