Job Title: Audit Associate

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Audit Associate to support our audit engagements. The ideal candidate must have worked in an audit firm for at least 2 years and be capable of preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial statements.
• Assist in planning and executing audit assignments.
• Identify risks, errors, and control weaknesses; report findings to senior team members.
• Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers.
• Support preparation of audit reports and management letters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and professional standards.

Must-Haves

• Minimum 2 years of audit experience in a professional audit firm.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong ability to prepare and analyze accounts.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• ICAN certification or ICAN-in-view is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 per month.
