Job Title: ATL Manager

About the Role

• Infinix Nigeria is hiring an ATL Manager to lead our mass media advertising strategy across TV, radio, print, outdoor (OOH), and cinema.
• You’ll plan, execute, and optimize high-impact brand campaigns that drive awareness, preference, and market share growth across Nigeria’s diverse consumer segments.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the annual ATL media strategy and manage the advertising budget
• Plan mass media campaigns across TV, radio, OOH, print, and cinema — defining objectives, audiences, and media mix
• Brief and manage creative agencies; oversee production of TVCs, radio jingles, print ads, and OOH creatives
• Work with media agencies on media plans; negotiate rates, placements, and value-added partnerships
• Monitor campaign delivery (GRPs, reach, frequency) and track spend against budget
• Measure effectiveness through brand tracking and sales lift analysis, and present insights to senior leadership
• Coordinate with trade marketing and BTL teams for integrated campaign rollouts

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years in ATL marketing, media planning, or brand advertising, with proven campaign success in Nigeria/West Africa
• Deep knowledge of Nigeria’s media landscape and strong relationships with media agencies, production houses, and media owners
• Sharp creative judgment, strong analytical and budget management skills, and effective stakeholder management
• Consumer electronics, tech, or FMCG brand experience is a plus.
