Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate, Q&RM (Lawyer) 

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Job Description

• Trained at a mid-tier or top-tier commercial law firm operating within a structured practice environment.
• Experience across both dispute resolution and corporate-commercial advisory work.
• Exposure to investigations, regulatory matters, contract drafting and review, legal opinions and risk advisory.
• Experience working within structured teams involving multiple stakeholders, layered review processes and regular interaction with clients, regulators, senior management and external advisers.
• Strong drafting, research and stakeholder-management skills.
• Associate – Ability to manage assigned workstreams with appropriate supervision, while demonstrating sound judgment on when to escalate issues and seek guidance.
• Senior Associate – Ability to independently manage matters while exercising sound judgement on escalation and consultation requirements.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• A First Degree with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division) in Law from a reputable institution and Law School Class of Degree of minimum of Second Class (Upper Division)
• For Associate, a minimum of three (3) years post-call experience and minimum of 4 years post-call experience for Senior Associate.
