Workcentral Nigeria Limited – Our client, a digitallaw firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Employment type: Partially Remote (3days onsite), (2days remote)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys
Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients
Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff.

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (essential)
Experience: 3 years
Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.
Must be tech savvy
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines andwork independently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs and affidavits.
