About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to support the overall operations of our retail supermarket.
• The successful candidate will assist in managing daily store activities, supervising staff, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in coordinating daily store operations to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Supervise store staff and ensure efficient customer service delivery.
• Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, ordering, and product display management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor cash handling, sales records, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify operational challenges and support in implementing solutions to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience as a storekeeper or in a similar supervisory role within a retail supermarket.
• Proficiency in basic inventory management systems or POS software.
• Must reside in Abuja and be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Salary
N280,000 monthly (Gross).
