Job Description

• A restaurantstore manager supports the storeteam in overseeing the store environment and ensuring that it runs smoothly and successfully.
• Managing daily store operations,managing inventory, maintaining standards, and helping the company to achieving financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanand arranged store environment.
• Monitor inventory, order suppliesand receive items both perishable and non perishables.

Inventory Control and Management:

• Managing inventory efficiently prevents both overstock and shortages.
• Store managers oversee the ordering and stocking processes, ensuring that popular items are always available while less popular ones do not clutter the shelves.
• They develop systems for tracking inventory levels, helping the store maintain a good balance of stock and meet customer demand. Implementing effective inventory practices reduces waste and maximizes profitability.

Required Skills

• Leadership, communication, time management skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• POS system proficiency, Proficiency with store management software
• and basic computer skills.
• Experience in restaurant or quickservice management Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Physical stamina to participate in store tasks and stand for extended periods
