We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Assist in leading the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Support and Training: Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
    • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
