Meanwhile, job creation in the region is on the rise. The disconnect between work-ready youth and the employment market must be bridged.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Receptionist

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Manage the appointment schedule and coordinate meetings for staff.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Assist with document management and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work from Tuesday to Sunday (8 am – 8 pm).
