Job Description

• La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort is seeking a dynamic and motivated assistant Marketing Managerto join our team and help drive our brand’s growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the resort’s services and amenities.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand presence.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to optimize marketing strategies.
• Support in organizing promotional events, partnerships, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and marketing software is a plus.
