Job Title: Assistant Manager

Location: Oluyole / Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

• Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the office.
• Work with the manager to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor attainment of objectives.
• Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses.
• Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed.
• Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives.
• Deputizing for the Manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in his absence.
• Ensure the Manager is fully briefed on, or prepared for engagements he is involved in.
• May be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary.
• Fulfill duties as assigned by the manager
• Attend meeting and properly articulate and submit report on meeting
• Drive, monitor and initiate sales.
• Overseeing day-to-day activities of staff members.

Requirements

• Minimum of a B.Sc in Agro or Business related course.
• Vast knowledge of agricultural practices (both plant and animal).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian agricultural terrain.
• Good oratory and public speaking skills.
• Outstanding analytical, records management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, corporate communication and time management skills.
• Superior quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Problem solver able to keep calm and efficient under pressure and in crisis.
