Job Title: Assistant HR Manager (Generalist)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Head in the general HR administraion.
• Provide advisory support to employees on employment terms and conditions and policies & procedures.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Plan, develop and implement training programs and measure overall training effectiveness.
• Support Learning and Development programs, including carrying out capability assessment.
• Ensure HR compliance with PAYE, Pension, NHF, HMO, and other statutory matters.
• Support the planning, implementation and management of the overall talent acquisition strategy of the business
• Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
• Draw up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
