Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Location: Mbora, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties
The proposed candidate’s duty is not limited to the following;

• Cooperating with the general manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
• Assist the general manager in his daily activities to meet up with organisational needs.
• Ensures that the daily business operationruns smoothly
• Assist the general manager with trainning,planning, recruitment, promotion
• Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
• Delegating daily tasks.
• Addressingofficial issues professionally and timely .
• Supervising staff and controlling merchandise

Job Requirements
The following requirment is needed but not limited to the following:

• Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management or similar qualification.
• 3 – 10 years work experience.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good observation skills.
• An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
• Computer literate and basic Math skills.
• An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
• Indebt knowledge of the real estate working process.
