Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Requirements

  • Hotel or Restaurant experience a must: Minimum 2 years plus
  • Minimum 2 years in a Hotel F&B leadership role – Supervisor and above
  • Proven ability to be hands-on in a fast-paced environment a must
  • Experience in Bistro operations, Conferencing & Events an added advantage
  • Bartender & Mixologist background an added advantage
  • Local Candidates are an added advantage
  • Pre-opening experience is an added advantage
