Job Summary

• As an Assistant Architect at Firstfruit Housing Ltd, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and designing.
• This role demands a strategic and creative thinker who collaborates cross-functionally with construction, marketing, and project management teams to deliver architectural solutions that reflect the company’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable luxury living.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or similar tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Virtual Architectural Walkthroughs/Cinematics is a great plus.
• Portfolio of previous projects demonstrating design skills and technical expertise.
• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings using CAD software.
• Create concept designs, 3D models, and renderings for client presentations.
• Prepare and review construction documents and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to oversee construction progress.
• Sustainable design solutions.
• Must reside in Abuja.
