Job Title: Assistant Activation Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Execute approved brand activations across multiple locations to create consumer experience for the organisation.
• Ensure execution of activations to drive trial and retrial of new product launches.
• Timely escalate activation issues and competitor activity reports to line manager.
• Work with the activation agencies and vendors from briefing stage to final campaign delivery to deliver approved brand campaigns.
• Brief Procurement and Finance teams on planned projects, and follow-up to ensure POs are raised on time and in full for planned activations.
• Support management of the marketing budget,ensuring efficient spend across all budget line items.
• Track and report activation metrics and KPIs (consumer reach, sales uplift, and conversion rates).
• Provide post-campaign evaluation reports to identify activation successes and execution gaps.

Job Requirements

• First Degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant discipline. MSc/MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in similar bottling FMCG industry is required.
