Job Title: Area Sales Supervisor (Phone Sales)

Job Summary

• We’re hiring an Area Sales Supervisor to drive phone sales and manage a network of commission-based agents within Benin and the surrounding areas.
• The ideal candidate will recruit, train, and support agents, ensuring strong sales, repayment performance, and effective market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train sales agents.
• Achieve monthly phone sales and productivity targets.
• Monitor agent performance and ensure compliance with sales and branding standards.
• Drive repayment performance and minimise default or repossession cases.
• Provide ongoing field support and engagement to agents.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in mobile phone sales, FMCG, or a similar field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of Benin and nearby markets (urban & rural).
• Basic digital literacy (CRM, Excel, inventory tools).
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
