We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Area Sales Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure day-to-day activities in the assigned Distributor/Dealer are aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  • Achieve monthly sales target
  • Conduct the Promotional activities
  • Identify the new Distributors/ Dealers / Sub Dealers
  • Meet the Builders, Contractors, Architects, Govt. Departments and Fabricators to explain about product and applications
  • Cover the assigned areas / Territory
  • Identify the new projects
  • Preparing the reports and sending regularly to superiors
  • Monitor sales performance in the assigned area, provide feedback to the Sales Manager
  • Manage relationships with key customers and accounts in the assigned area.
  • Conduct regular visits to outlets in the area to ensure service levels meet organizational standards and address any performance issues.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Post-graduate or professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • 0 – 3 years relevant sales work experience.
  • Conduct the Promotional activities.
  • Identify the new Distributors/ Dealers / Sub Dealers.
  • Achieving Sales Targets.
  • Collect Receivables / C Forms.
  • Meet the Builders, Contractors, Architects, Govt. Departments and Fabricators to explain about product and applications.
  • Cover the assigned areas / Territory.
  • Advice the Managers on relevant marketing tools, if any required.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability, and ethical standards.
