Job Title: Area Sales Manager (West)

Location: Lagos

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the minimum achievement of 90% of primary and secondary monthly target.Responsible for driving of primary sales through distributors.
• Responsible for driving of secondary sales through effective monitoring of secondary team of SR & merchandiser.
• Responsible for prospecting and appointment of new customers in strategic markets.
• Responsible for recruitment & on the job & weekly training for secondary team
• Responsible for ensuring that daily reports from secondary team are received.
• Responsible for weekly stock check & reconciliation with distributors.
• Responsible for competition activities tracking & reporting.
• Any other job assigned to you from time to time. Etc

Requirements

• Qualification: B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Management, social sciences or related fields.
• Experience: 8-10 years.
