Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary

• As the Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth, manage distributor and customer relationships, and oversee sales operations within assigned territories for frozen and chilled food products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets
• Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within assigned territories
• Supervise field sales activities and ensure effective route-to-market execution
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and support expansion initiatives within the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 4 years experience in FMCG sales, preferably within frozen or chilled food distribution
• Industry experience in frozen/chilled food distribution is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of sales operations, distributor management, and market expansion strategies.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
