Repton Group is a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission to carry out business in general commerce, distribution, haulage, agriculture and allied services. We are major Lafarge, Dangote, and Bua cement distributors across Nigeria. We distribute products across the 36 states of the Federation including FCT Abuja. In addition, we haul products from the factories in Obajana, Kogi State, Gboko, Benue State, Ibese, Ogun State and numerous distribution and sales depots.

We also operate own strategic depots across the country with a goal to make the products available to Project sites and end user locations. We are long standing Lafarge Cement & Dangote Cement Distributor respectively. Thus, we are very familiar with both the industry and the markets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Area Sales Manager 

Locations: Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and motivating Team members.
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
• Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers in order to improve customer retention rate.
• Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Applicant must be willing to rotate within different location of market territory

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management, or a related course of study.
• 5-7 years experience in the same role
• Adequate selling and negotiation skill
• Interested applicants sould reside withinOsun, Oyo, Ondo and Ogun State.
