Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Locations: Benin – Edo & Warri – Delta

Job Summary

• We seek an experienced and proactive Area Sales Manager to oversee our operations in Warri and Benin.
• The successful candidate will manage sales targets, develop distributor relationships, and lead a team to drive growth and visibility of Erisco’s products in these key locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in Warri and Benin.
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.
• Lead and supervise sales reps and field agents to optimize performance.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
• Ensure prompt payment collections and manage credit limits effectively.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to regional and national sales management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Deep knowledge of Warri and Benin market terrain.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
