Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales operations in Adamawa.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and driving revenue growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in Adamawa.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and ensure regional growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize strategies.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regional sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in a similar sales management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Adamawa market and its business landscape.
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 (Net Monthly) (based on experience and qualifications)
