We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architectural Interior Designer

Location: Chevron-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various project
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client’s needs
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
• Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
• Develop interior architectural design concepts and plans
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using design software
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
• Oversee project implementation and site inspections
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs as needed
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture or related field
• Proven experience in interior architecture or design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
