Job Summary

• The Architectural Designer (Structural Engineer) is responsible for ensuring the structural safety and feasibility of industrial park buildings. This role involves optimizing material use, cost-efficiency, and construction methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Design structural frameworks for buildings, including steel structures and concrete reinforcements.
• Ensure load-bearing calculations and safety compliance.
• Optimize designs to reduce costs while maintaining durability.
• Collaborate with construction and planning teams to align architectural and engineering aspects.
• Conduct structural assessments and provide solutions for modifications or enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, load calculations, and safety codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, and structural analysis software.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
