We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architectural / AutoCAD Designer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Professional Certification in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software is a plus.
• 3+ Years of Experience in architectural design or drafting, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in Design Software; Advanced skills in AutoCAD and 3D Modeling Software such as SketchUp, Revit, and/or 3ds Max.
• Solid understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and structural requirements.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in designs, measurements, and specifications.
• Strong Visualization and Rendering Skills; Ability to create realistic 3D renderings and visualizations to represent project concepts clearly.
• Experience with preparing architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Communication and Collaboration Skills; Strong ability to communicate design concepts and collaborate with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Creative and practical approach to solving design challenges and revising plans as needed.
• Time Management and Organizational Skills.
