We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Eti-osa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural plans, designs, and blueprints for projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure structural integrity and feasibility of designs.
• Create 2D and 3D models using architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design specifications and timelines are adhered to.
• Research and integrate sustainable design practices into projects to meet environmental standards.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and budgets to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and legal regulations to ensure compliance.
• Review and approve construction documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
