Job Title: Architect

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative, detail oriented and technically skilled Architect to develop innovative designs and support the successful delivery of its property development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client and management briefs into architectural concepts, designs and building plans.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, details and construction documentation.
• Produce 3D models, renders and presentations for clients and management.
• Prepare and submit drawings for building plan approval with relevant planning authorities.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors and other professionals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure contruction matches approvved designs.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements and safety standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc / M.Sc. in Architecture or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in architectural design and building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUP or ArchiAD.
• Experience with rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape) is an added advantage.
• Registration with ARCON and membership of the NIA are added advantage.
• Strong design communication and project coordination skills.
• A strong portfolio of completed or ongoing projects.
