Job Title: Architect

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• The Architect will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, development, and execution of building projects within the company’s real estate portfolio.
• The role involves developing architectural drawings, supervising construction, ensuring design compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating closely with the construction, project management, and sales teams to deliver functional, aesthetic, and cost-efficient building solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concept sketches, and working drawings for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Prepare 3D renderings, presentation boards, and detailed technical drawings.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design implementation accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, interior designers, and project managers throughout all project phases.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other statutory regulations.
• Supervise junior architects, interns, and design assistants where applicable.
• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and material specifications in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor.
• Liaise with government agencies for building plan approval, site inspection, and project registration.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve design aesthetics, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and tender documentation as required.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Sc or B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
• Other relevant certificate will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Proficiencies:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of building codes, structural systems, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent 3Ds max corona render visual presentation, drafting, and documentation skills.
• Rendering softwares: Sketch Vray, 3Ds max corona render
• Attention to detail and creative design sensibility.

Salary
N150,000 – N170,000 monthly.
