HRLeverage Africa – Our client, a leading company in the real estate sector, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, plans, and 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
Ensure architectural designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and contractors during project execution.
Prepare and review construction documents and specifications.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
Stay updated on new materials, trends, and architectural technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
3–5 years’ post-graduate experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or related tools.
Strong creativity with excellent technical skills.
Good communication and client relationship management skills.
Must be registered and certified by ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria).

Salary
Open to negotiation.
