Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they meet the needs of clients while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
• The ideal candidate must have animation and rendering skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural designs and concepts to clients.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology to enhance design quality.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Professional licensing as an Architect is preferred.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
