Job Title: Architect

Position Overview

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with innovative design skills to deliver functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare detailed plans, including layouts, elevations, and 3D models.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with 3-4 years experience.
• Professional license/registration (e.g., ARCON in Nigeria, RIBA, AIA).
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective solutions into projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sustainable/green building practices

Work Environment

• Full-time position.
• Office-based with site visits as required.
• Reports to the Head of Design or Project Director.
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
