Composite Construction is a leading Building and Construction Company based in Lagos with interest in Real Estate (residential, commercial, or industrial).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos

Reports To: Head of Design

Job Summary

• The Architect will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically appealing furniture products that meet the specifications of clients within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional designs for furniture products.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure the feasibility of designs.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure all designs are in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Keep up to date with new design trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from accredited Institution in Nigeria.
• 5 years’ experience in designing furniture or interior elements.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant experience.
• Excellent understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.

Salary
N180,000 – N300,000 per month.
