Teekay Farms Nigeria Limited is a developing livestock farm located at Alapako Oni, Ogun State, Nigeria. The farm is focused on raising poultry birds, pigs, and ruminants using sound management practices and proper animal husbandry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Animal Farm Supervisor

Location: Alapako Oni, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the animal farm.
• Ensuring proper feeding, watering, and welfare of pigs, ruminants, and poultry birds.
• Monitoring animal health and promptly reporting disease outbreaks or abnormalities.
• Implementing farm sanitation, biosecurity, and hygiene measures.
• Supervising farm attendants and ensuring assigned tasks are properly executed.
• Maintaining accurate records of animal inventory, feed consumption, production, mortality, treatments, and sales.
• Coordinating vaccination, medication, and routine veterinary activities.
• Monitoring feed stock levels and reporting shortages promptly.
• Ensuring farm facilities, equipment, and housing units are properly maintained.
• Assisting management in achieving farm production and profitability targets.
• Providing regular reports on farm performance and challenges.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / NCE / OND qualification with 5 – 10 years experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage livestock independently.
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise workers effectively.
• Honest, responsible, hardworking, and committed to animal welfare.
• Must be willing and ready to reside on the farm premises.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
