Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven autonomous agents for business applications.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise inmachine learning, deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learningto create intelligent, scalable, and high-performance AI solutions.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business workflows and enhance user interactions.

Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development: Design and build AI-driven agents using NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning models.
• Machine Learning Model Training: Develop, train, and fine-tune ML models using large-scale datasets.
• Data Engineering & Processing: Collect, preprocess, and manage structured and unstructured data for AI applications.
• Software Engineering & Deployment: Implement AI models usingMLOps, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• AI Personalization & Adaptation: Enhance AI agents’ ability to learn and adapt based on user interactions.
• Collaboration & Integration: Work with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with AI advancements (e.g.,LLMs, generative AI, transformers) and contribute to AI research.
• Ethical AI & Compliance: Ensure AI models adhere toethical AI principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (BSc) / Master’s (MSc) Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud computing, or data science are a plus.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.
• Experience developing and deploying AI-powered agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
• Prior experience inresearch, AI startups, or AI-driven business applicationsis a plus.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Strong background in NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with data engineering, big data processing, and feature engineering.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), and AI deployment.
• Proficiency in API development and AI model integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
