Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Agronomist to join our team at Olsale Farms in Owode, Ogun State. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing crop production, soil management, and implementing sustainable farming practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement crop management plans
• Conduct soil tests and analyze results
• Supervise farm staff and provide training on best practices
• Monitor crop health and implement pest management strategies
• Collaborate with the farm manager to achieve production goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy or related field
• 7 years minimum of verifiable experience in agronomy
• Strong knowledge of crop management and soil science
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
