Job Title: Aftersales Specialist – Renewable Energy (Solar)

Location: Kano

Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Specialist to support our renewable energy business by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and aftersales service for solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical aftersales support for solar products and systems.
• Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues.
• Coordinate maintenance and warranty support activities.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of solar systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the solar/renewable energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutions.
• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
