We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Aesthetician (Training / Education)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach prospective aesthetics / therapists standard theory with a well-designed curriculum for each course on therapy, nail techniques and procedures
• Work closely with the IMANI Clinics team in progressing the operations forward
• Create and carry out training plans and schedule
• Preparing training and teaching materials in line with the approved modules for each course
• Prepare regular report on training and classes done
• Support the HR and Admin of IMANI in the recruitment, induction, training, and development of new therapists.
• Engage in practical and demonstration of different techniques
• Enforce the standard sanitation and sterilization in all the clinic’s across different locations
• Ensure that all clinics processes are up to the internationally accepted standards
• Actively promote the IMANI services by introducing and recommending it to clients and other prospective student
• Make constant research and training for the therapists on the various skin types and products of the brand
• Together with the H.R, conduct refresher training and continuing education for all departments of operations team including Integrated treatment knowledge, self-care, working with the therapist team to educate on brand, services and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive attitude and ensure that all students are learning in a productive school environment
• Conduct effective inductions and ongoing training for all therapists in line with IMANI standards, accurately recording and keeping training checklists (matrix) for each team member.
• Nurtures a culture where you are viewed essentially as a facilitator of learning and reflective practitioners
• Liaise with key Heads of Department and ensure they are equipped to provide effective onboarding for new team members. Work closely with these department heads to ensure effective communication and a good working relationship between all aspects of the wellness brand.
• Maintaining good order and discipline amongst students in a healthy manner.

Requirements

• Certifications and Diploma in Aesthetics
• 3 – 10 years of hands-on and virtual training experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Able to prioritize, plan, and deliver results in short turnaround times
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment
• Must reside on the Island in Lagos or its environs
• Female or male, with a warm disposition.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
